After working in the relentless world of multinational corporations, I chose to slow down and embrace the sweetness of family life. The arrival of my son marked the beginning of a cherished tradition: creating miniature cakes to celebrate each month of his first year. Inspired by the first American cake design shows, I dove into the art of decorative pastry. Each month, a new challenge, each creation more loving than perfect, revealed my passion for transforming sugar into works of art.

I honed my talent, immersed myself in specialized training to perfect my craft before taking the big leap. Thus, Sweet Design was born. For years, I designed hundreds of cakes, each telling a story, brightening my clients' lives, and nourishing my own joy.

Then, the desire to share this happiness took hold of me. I launched workshops, sharing my skills and passion. And because I do nothing halfway, I earned certification as a trainer from the prestigious Knightsbridge PME School of Cake Decorating and Confectionary Arts in London in 2017, taking my commitment to the next level.

Today, as a certified trainer, I share my expertise and passion through workshops and professional cake design training, enriching my life with extraordinary encounters.
