I am a certified pastry chef and cake designer, but also an accredited instructor from the largest cake design school in London.

Sweet Design was created in 2012, offering 12 years of experience in all aspects of being an entrepreneurial cake designer: creating all types of cake designs, client management, work organization, regulations, hygiene, etc.

I started my business 12 years ago. So, of course, I know how to calculate my prices, manage my clients, organise my work, communicate effectively, etc.

And before that, I had a successful career in multinational companies, with an MBA under my belt.
