    In Levels 1 and 2, you will work on real cakes—mastering volume, texture, and stability, just like in a real client project.

    Fondant, sugar flowers, royal icing
 each technique is taught at the right stage in your journey.

    You won’t just walk away with a “pretty replica”.
    You’ll leave with a true method, professional reflexes, and the confidence to create your own designs.

All our trainings include a business component—because no matter how beautiful your cakes are, no one will buy them if you don’t know how to sell them.

Level 1: Beginner Cake Designer

Learn the solid foundations 90% of amateur cake designers don’t know—yet they make all the difference!

Perfect for you if:

  • You’re just starting or have never trained properly

  • You want to finally understand what’s not working in your cakes

  • You’re dreaming of a clean, professional result

What you’ll learn:

1. Technical Skills:

  • How to stack, fill and level a tall, stable cake (you’ll instantly see the difference)

  • Achieve a sharp, clean finish (not “good enough”—but pro-level)

  • Work with fondant that doesn’t crack or stretch and reach the infamous sharp edges!

  • Add modern design effects: marble, quilting, texture

  • Create your first sugar flowers with real structure and movement

  • Polish your cake with perfect details: ribbons, bows, borders

2. Business & Theory:

  • Food safety, hygiene and storage principles (no more fridge anxiety!)

  • Organize your workflow and timelines

  • Choose the right cake sizes to avoid waste

  • Learn how to price your cakes intelligently (not based on “client budget”)

Level 2: Intermediate / Wedding Cakes 💍

From “pretty cakes” to creations worthy of luxury weddings

You already know how to make a round cake? Great.
But real professionals stand out with square, structured, floral and elegant wedding pieces.

What you’ll learn:

1. Technical Skills:

  • Stack, smooth and cover a square/cube cake (yes—it’s a whole other skillset)

  • Sugar flowers for weddings: classic rose, English rose, closed peony

  • Draping, wood textures, sugar lace, bas-relief, moldings

  • Brush embroidery, royal icing stenciling, and other refined techniques

2. Business & Client Work:

  • Lead wedding consultations with confidence (ask the right questions, avoid traps)

  • Organize safe, stress-free delivery

  • Understand what clients really expect—and how to meet it without losing profit

🎓 You’ll leave with:

  • A structured and elegant square based tiered cake

  • A Wedding Cake Designer Certificate

  • The confidence to say "YES" to your first professional wedding clients

Level 3: Expert Cake Designer

If you’ve made it here, you’re ready to stand out—and become unforgettable.

This level is for those ready to create cakes that no one forgets.


Spectacular pieces that tell a story, reflect your style, and position you as a true creative authority.

In this level, you’ll master:

  • Complex, stable cake structures

  • Incredibly realistic sugar flowers worthy of a fine art gallery

  • Texture, volume and sculptural composition

  • Edible painting and advanced visual storytelling

  • Signature project development

  • The latest worldwide trends!

🕒 Duration: 6 days – 9 AM to 5:30 PM
📌 Prerequisite: By application, or after completing Level 2 / PME Master London
